SEVEN SIGNS YOU ARE IN A HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP

In a healthy relationship there must be trust, peace, communication, mutual respect, commitment and loyalty. In this article, we would be looking at seven qualities of a healthy relationship.

Trust exists
You do not have skeletons in your cupboards. No suspicion. You don’t go through phones checking for things to confirm your suspicions. You are honest with each other.

You do not shrink, you grow.
You do not have to make yourself small. You feel encouraged and supported. Your success does not feel like a threat.

Your boundaries are respected.
When you express discomfort, when you show dislike it is not taken for granted. Love does not give room for disrespect.

You are always at peace
Your peace is not threatened. There are no dramas and chaos. You are at peace physically and mentally.

Effort flows both ways.
You are not the only one trying to make the relationship work. You both contribute to the growth of the relationship.

Communication feel safe
You are not scared to communicate your fears and worries. You are sure they would listen to you.

You feel calm not anxious
You do feel restless and scared because you broke his glasses because he is going to be really mad at you and might hit you. Instead you are calm and relaxed because you know he would understand.
